"From what I remember when I first..."
From what I remember when I first started using Billo, it didn’t take me long to figure things out. The layout felt straightforward, and I wasn’t stuck clicking around trying to find basic stuff. Uploading content and checking orders has been smooth for the most part. I do remember being a little confused at the beginning, but after a short while it started to feel natural. Overall, it’s been a nice and easy platform to use.

"Reliable so far, just a little unsure"
I’ve used billo.app a few times now, and the orders have been reliable. Nothing got lost or seemed off, and the updates were easy enough to keep track of.
The delivery times were about what I expected, so no real complaints there. I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality long term, but so far it’s been simple and problem-free enough that I’d probably use it again.

"Great creators and super easy to work with"
I’ve used Billo a few times now, the creator quality has been really really solid. Most of the videos came across natural and easygoing, not overly scripted or stiff, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
A few creators even added their own little ideas, little touches that made the clips feel better and more authentic. I did need a couple revisions here and there, but nothing big at all. Overall, I’m happy with the creators on there and would use it again

I’ve been using billo.app for a few months, and the one thing I’ll give them is that delivery has been consistent. The videos usually come when they say they will, so I’m not stuck chasing people or waiting around with no update. That definitely makes planning easier. I do still wonder a bit about how consistent the quality will be from creator to creator, but so far it’s been working out okay...

"Good creator options, if you enjoy a little scrolling adventure"
I had a good experience using billo to find creators. There were plenty of people to choose from, and some had solid examples on their profiles, which made it way easier to figure out who might actually fit. Of course, a few creators were not even close to what we needed, because apparently that would’ve been too simple. So it did take a bit of time to sort through and find the right person. That said, the process was easy overall, and the final video turned out really nice. I’d use it again.

"I’ve been using billo.app for a bit now..."
I’ve been using billo.app for a bit now, and so far it’s been good. I haven’t tried every single feature or anything, but for the stuff I need, it’s been easy enough to get around and does the job without much hassle.

Every now and then it feels a little slow, or I find myself clicking around more than I expected, though I’m not totally sure if that’s the app or just my setup. Either way, it hasn’t been a big enough issue to stop me from using it. I also reached out to support once and they were helpful enough.

I’d probably give it 5 stars if everything felt just a bit smoother, but overall it’s a solid app from what I’ve seen. I’ll keep using it for now...

"Really good video quality"
I was feeling a bit pressured to get this right, but the video turned out really clear with nice lighting, and the sound was good too. I didn’t even need to ask for any edits, which was a relief.

"For what I’m paying, I think this..."
For what I’m paying, I think this is a solid deal. It’s not necessarily the most amazing thing ever, and there are probably fancier options out there, but it covers most of what I need it for without costing too much. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like I’m getting decent value for the price.

"Surprisingly useful for campaign management"
Billo actually made it easy for me to keep an eye on my campaigns and creators all in one place. A few parts weren’t exactly intuitive at first, so I did have to poke around a bit, but once I got the hang of it, it worked better than I expected. Not the flashiest tool out there, but it definitely saved me time

I just signed up for Billo, the onboarding was a lot smoother than I expected. I’m usually a little skeptical with new platforms because I don’t want to get fooled by something that looks simple upfront and then turns into a mess, but this felt straightforward.
The steps were clear, and I appreciated that it didn’t ask me for a million things all at once. It probably took me around 10-15 minutes to get everything set up, which was a nice surprise.
I had one small question while going through it, but I found the answer quickly. So far, it’s been a really good experience and feels easy to use without being confusing or sketchy.

"Support was honestly a big relief"
I ran into some kind of setup issue with my campaign and reached out to support, not really expecting much. But they replied quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense, not like a canned response. It got sorted the same day, which just made me feel a lot better about the whole thing. I don’t know, it was just a genuinely good experience.

"So many creators to choose from"
I was surprised by how many different creators were on billo. Different ages, styles, backgrounds, pretty much a little bit of everything. And isn’t that what you want when you’re trying to find the right fit for your product? It made the whole process way easier because we could actually find someone who matched our brand instead of settling.

"so... I had an issue with my..."
so... I had an issue with my Billo order it took a lot longer than I expected to get an actual helpful response. Support did get back to me, but at the beginning it mostly felt like they were sending the same copy-paste replies.
They did sort it out in the end, so I do appreciate that. Still, the whole process was frustrating, and I had to chase them more than I feel like I should have. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not a great one either.

"Clear pricing from the start"
I liked that the price was laid out clearly upfront, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if some random fee would pop up later. No hidden charges or weird surprises at checkout, which made the whole thing feel way less stressful. I even checked the total twice while drinking my coffee, and it stayed exactly what they said it would be.

"Easy enough, thankfully"
Billo was easy to use from start to finish. I didn’t have to sit there trying to figure out what to do, which was a nice change. Everything was clear enough and quick, so it made the whole process a lot less annoying than I was expecting, thankfully.
